We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Any product you purchase from lunaryjewelry.com is sent from our international fulfillment centres. For customers in the United Kingdom, orders under £135 are generally processed with VAT included, and no additional customs duties should apply. However, any local taxes or extra fees that may occur remain the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 14 – Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at contact@lunaryjewelry.com within the 14-day cancellation period. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, which are exempt under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Lunary extends this right voluntarily to 30 days for non-personalised items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Section 15 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless T&C Global Ecom LLC and our partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.

Section 18 – Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

Section 19 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
