Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the item you purchased does not meet these criteria, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Personalised Products
Due to the unique nature of personalised products, items that have been customised to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or do not match the description provided. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Personalised Products
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. This 30-day window is composed of:
- 14 Days: Your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning from the day you receive your item.
- 16 Days: An additional extended guarantee provided by Lunary to ensure your complete satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lunaryjewelry.com.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lunaryjewelry.com. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address within 24 hours.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
