Will I receive a tracking number?

Which currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in British Pounds (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, the final amount will be automatically converted to your local currency by your bank at the current exchange rate.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Since we strive for fast dispatch from our international fulfillment centres, we can only guarantee changes within this short window.

Where do you ship from?

To offer competitive prices and unique designs, our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centres. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and worldwide.

I want to return my item, what should I do?

We offer a 30-day return window for non-personalised items. This is composed of your 14-day statutory right under UK law, plus an additional 16-day extended guarantee provided by Lunary to ensure your total satisfaction. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
